Yashili’s investment in its state-of-the-art production plant at Pokeno has had a transformative effect on the community, attracting additional investment from developers following in Yashili’s footsteps. Houses, factories and business districts have been established, with a concurrent rise in the population. Yashili’s investment in the community has delivered strong positive social and economic impacts increasing the GDP within the region. Offering employment opportunities and the creation of service industries to meet the needs of the growing community.
